3E Assembly

Theme: ‘Compassion’
Date: 25th August, 2023

It commenced with the song ‘Aao Hum Sab Hath Milaye’ sung by the students. A group of students spoke about a few famous personalities who practiced compassion in their day-to-day lives and some students came dressed as these personalities. A short skit on ‘How one can become a rainbow in another person’s life’ followed. The students presented a dance on the dance track ‘Give a Little Kindness’, followed by the Headmistress – Ms Vinita Gupta’s address. The Supervisor – Ms Rattan Obhrai also shared her thoughts on the theme. 2 students spoke the credits followed by the ‘Vote of Thanks’ by the class teacher. The assembly concluded with the School Anthem and the National Anthem

3D Assembly

Topic: ‘It’s never too late to learn’
Date: 22nd August, 2023

After the welcome note and the thought of the day spoken by the students, the mellifluous choir presented a song titled ‘seekh ke tu o musafir’. This was followed by a poem recitation, a small skit which was a tribute to the legend ‘Stan Lee’, and an enigmatic dance performance on the song from the movie ‘Lion King’- ‘It’s never too late’. To top it all, the students presented a play which was a representation of the theme, enacting roles of a hare, ox and a monkey.

1C Assembly

Topic: Stars of Kindness and Sunshine of Happiness
Date: 29 .08.23
Class I students presented the morning assembly emphasizing the significance of being kind and spreading joy in the world. The assembly began with sharing the wisdom of Mother Teresa on kindness and happiness, which was followed by a melodious performance of the students on ‘Happiness is something to be given away’.
The students further presented a skit demonstrating the meaning of kindness, friendship, generosity and being helpful, and thoughtful about others.

1B Assembly

Theme: ‘We the Busy Bees’
Date: 23.08.23
Students of grade 1 staged an assembly on the honey bees as pollinators and spreading the values of hard work and being sincere. The students started with the Thought for the Day and the Bee News followed by a song The ‘Bee Facts’ and the Bee Rules followed in class 1B.This was followed by a poem by Issac Watts ‘How Doth the Busy Bees’. A dance on the song ‘Dance the Busy Bee’ was performed by all the students of grade 1B.Students looked bright in shades of yellow and orange. They spoke confidently and looked vibrant.

1A Assembly

The tiny tots of Class 1 presented an assembly on “Attitude of Gratitude” on 10th of August 23.
They started off the program by confidently welcoming everyone and explaining what Gratitude means. After four speakers talked about the significance of expressing and feeling gratitude, a beautiful thought for the day and news was shared by the children with everyone present there.

5D Assembly

Date- 16.08.2023

Theme- Mitti Ki Chitthi – EMBRACING CHALLENGES!!
(MITTI KO NAMAN, VEERON KA VANDAN)

The key message that was learnt from the assembly was –
Challenges are a natural part of life, having these experiences teaches us a whole lot about life. The important thing to remember though is that we can grow in the face of hardships. Without having challenges we would not gain knowledge, grow, become a stronger person and carve our way to being our best self.

As we celebrated our Independence Day, students were made to understand the importance of being responsible citizens. It starts with respecting our laws, preserving our environment, and actively participating in the democratic process. Students took the pledge to be the torchbearers of change and would always sow the seeds of compassion, tolerance, and unity. Thus together, we can create an India that thrives on the principles of justice, equality, and inclusivity.
A real homage was paid to our forefathers, who laid down their lives for the freedom we cherish today. Students were imparted to honor their memory by working diligently towards the growth and prosperity of our nation.
The assembly concluded on an enlightening note from the Headmistress, Ms. Vinita Gupta Ma’am who shared insights about the assembly Overall, the class assembly was a resounding success, which was appreciated and lauded by parents, teachers and students all together. The assembly was concluded on the note –

5E Assembly

Theme – ‘Technology – Boon or Bane’
Date – 21.07.2023
Day – Friday
Students of class 5 E presented an assembly on the theme ‘Technology – Boon or Bane’. Students were divided into three act groups- ‘mobile awareness drama’ to present how life used to be before the advent of technology and how the priorities changes after the technology flooded our lives.
All the students also presented a beautiful dance and mesmerizing song performance, followed by an enchanting instrumental (violin) performance.
Parents were involved; they were provided with small cards in the beginning of the assembly to write a message -how to be responsible users of technology? Which was later put up on the mobile board for the students to read?
Overall, it was a thought provoking and an insightful assembly which left everyone thinking that it is important to set limits and boundaries when using technology and it is in our hands to use it as boon or bane.

3B Assembly

Date 12.05.2023

Theme- Koshish karne walon ki haar nahin hoti

The assembly began with the thought for the day giving the message of ‘trying hard to achieve success’ The rap song ‘Keep On Trying’ was sung by the students.This was followed by a skit in which a teacher inspired her students to put up a dance show in two days. She motivated them by saying nothing is Impossible. Famous personalities like JK Rowling, Sachin Tendulkar, Amitabh Bachchan, Albert Einstein spoke about their hardships behind their success.They danced on the song Agwaaz.

4A Assembly

Date: 11.05.2023

Theme: Hope

The theme for the class 4A assembly was ‘Hope’.

Children performed with all their enthusiasm. The assembly began with a Thought of the day, news, and song followed by a skit.
A poem and dance performance of the children culminated with a thank-you note from our respected HM, Supervisor, and teachers and lastly, the school anthem/ National Anthem was sung by everyone.

5A Assembly

Date: 10.05.23

THEME-Family Friends and Happiness

The key learning and the message that we learnt from our assembly – ‘Think of your family today and everyday hereafter and don’t let the worldly activities busy you so much that you forget your family and friends’. The entire class students participated in this assembly playing rols and actively spoke their minds freely as speakers, which included – HJs (Happiness Jockeys), news reader, thought of the day-reader, elders of the family, special attraction and one of the most wonderful discovery, Dr. Khusiyaanloogy, and all the other comperes and lovely dance performers with instrumentalists. Students presented their creative craft collectively by unleashing wonderful dance performances with beautiful expressions and emotional effects.
