Children sang a motivational song with a message-
‘If you have the will, you have the way’ Children spoke about their dreams and goals in the limitless sky of life, on the lines of Gandhiji’s ideals of marching ahead with honesty and sincerity.


Class III E had its assembly was on 30th July. The theme of the assembly was Kindness. Children put forth the message that kindness is an attitude and any act of kindness is appreciated by all. All this was showcased by a small skit, a song and a dance.


“Cleanliness is next to Godliness.”
The aforementioned quote was demonstrated by III A on Tuesday, 23.7.19 in Basketball Court.
The thought of the day was “You may never know what result comes of your actions; but if you do nothing, there will be no result.”
The students exhibited the assembly on the theme Swachh Bharat, by expressing their ideas and thoughts on how to promote cleanliness and sanitation. The children were dressed in whites, symbolizing the colour of peace and tranquility.
The children also presented a dance on the song dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi.
Additionally, a skit on importance of neatness and tidy surroundings was also demonstrated.
Finally, a child dressed as Mahatma Gandhi came and addressed parents as well as children.


Class 2F presented its assembly on 1.8.19 on the theme of Honesty. The value of honesty was very dear to Gandhiji and all his life he preached and practised it. His autobiography was called ‘My experiments with truth’ . Children began the assembly with a short note on Honesty followed by a song – ‘ Honesty is true’. This was followed by skits on what Honesty means to us . The assembly ended with a dance performance on ‘ Satyamev Jayate ‘


Class 2 A conducted its assembly on 17th July 2019.
The theme of the assembly was Monsoon Magic.
It started with children welcoming the parents followed by a medley of songs on rain in Hindi and English.
The children spoke about the importance of rain, plantation drive to be followed during monsoons,rain water harvesting and problems faced during monsoons.
This was followed by a dance on the song ‘Rangeelo Rut’
The assembly ended with a message by the supervisor -’Each one, plant one. ‘

Venue – Basketball Court

Class 3-F is presented an assembly on the theme ‘ Jaago Bharat’. The children putt up a Nukkad Naatak to awaken the citizens of India to bring about a change in their values so that Gandhiji’s dream of independent India is fulfilled. They also sang a song and danced on the theme.


The students highlighted upon some famous personalities who overcame their failures and then became successful.
The assembly began with a group song followed by the recitation of an inspirational poem written by Harivansh Rai Bacchan.
Children gave a dance performance.
The stage area was decorated with pictures of the famous personalities about whom the students spoke.
The assembly ended on the note- the greatest glory in living lies not in never falling but in rising every time we fall.

3D Assembly

The students of class III D presented an assembly on Tuesday, 7th May 2019 on the topic, Simple Living, High Thinking, a value promoted and exemplified by Mahatma Gandhi. The assembly was a sincere attempt to inspire the students to imbibe this valuable virtue and to make them understand that real happiness does not lie in acquiring material things but in leading a humble life while having high values. The programme commenced with the rendition of the song, ‘We shall overcome’. This was followed by sharing of simple strategies on how to adopt the mantra of Simple living High thinking in our lives. A small skit presented by the students depicted that boasting about material things doesn’t always help but remaining simple and humble helps. The assembly culminated with the presentation of Group Dance by the students. The Headmistress Ma’am congratulated the students for presenting a wonderful assembly on such a relevant theme.

1C Assembly

‘ Gandhian Patriotism ‘ was the theme of the assembly. Children spoke about the importance of ‘Love Your Country -India’ and all that they could do for the their country like using resources well, planting trees,saying no to plastic etc. Every child spoke lines confidently. They sung a medley sing Nanha Munna Rahi…and danced on the number ‘Rang DE Basanti’ with Tricolour dupattas which added fervour to the feeling spirit of patriotism.

1B Assembly

Beautifully Displaying how Bapu showed us to face difficult situations with patience, dignity and truthfulness,the assembly opened with the song ..We shall overcome, followed by speakers speaking lines on how we can become stronger and deal with tough situations with love and non-violence. It concluded with the whole class performing with aplomb a dance on the song..’haan yahi rasta hai tera..’
